The ROZHLED Project
A mentoring program for career development helping young people make the right career choices and develop their talents and skills.
It supports their first steps towards independence and becoming more successful in the labour market.

This project is tailored for young adults aged 17 – 21.
While the project supports primarily youth from children’s homes and socially disadvantaged backgrounds, anyone can apply. By complementing the group with other young people, the project connects youth of all backgrounds, promotes diversity and social empathy.
The ROZHLED project is always implemented in rounds, each lasting four months. To achieve an individual approach, each round has 20 participants.
What should participants expect from the project?
- 4 weekend workshops (workshop on Saturday and Sunday)
- 3-day Career Days in Prague (Sunday-Tuesday)
- company visits

- 2x weekend workshops during the summer holidays
