Our vision is to be a partner to young students from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and to support their personal and career development. We promote system changes to interconnect institutionalised education with work experience.
What is our mission? We support young people from children’s homes and socially disadvantaged backgrounds. They are encouraged to build their strengths through workshops, career consulting, mentoring or excursions to various companies. This helps them succeed in their careers and personal lives and to take matters into their own hands.
