Tereza oversees the ROZHLED project, which helps young people with choosing the right career and personal development.
Would you like to know what exactly Tereza does in ROZHLED?
- she prepares and organises all workshops (communicates with participants and instructors, arranges accommodation, transport and meals, and photo documentation for participants)
- she plans and organises field trips for each participant (contacts companies, organisations, creates an itinerary, contacts volunteers, accommodation and meals)
- she arranges individual career advisory for participants and mentoring – choosing field trips for participants and connecting them with our partner companies
- she arranges individual transportation to Prague but also around Prague for all participants as well as accommodation for individuals when needed
- she prepares documentation for the project – all documents including contracts, questionnaires, manuals
- she communicates with participants on a daily basis as well as with their legal representatives
- she also takes care of media promotion of the project on social networks and our website
- she prepares all project reports
- she keeps in touch with previous participants and creates an alumni community
Tereza also takes care of other Nadání activities. She contributes to our newsletter, keeps in touch with children’s homes, searches for new opportunities and manages our databases.
